Qualifications & Certifications
Dr. Marc Di Nardo attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic with clinical honours. Prior to this, he also earned a Bachelor of Science, specializing in Kinesiology and Physical Education, from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Approach to Treatment
Dr. Marc’s treatment approach utilizes a functional model that incorporates the current evidence-based research to create an individualized chiropractic treatment plan for each of his patients. Dr. Marc focuses on addressing the root cause of the dysfunction and pain, instead of solely treating the symptoms.
He utilizes a variety of manual therapies including spinal manipulative therapy, Active Release Techniques (ART®), and joint mobilization in conjunction with medical acupuncture, kinesiotaping, corrective exercises, and lifestyle advice to ensure that his patients can realize the best results. Dr. Marc is also certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (Level 1).
More About Dr. Marc
During his free time, Dr. Marc invests time in staying physically active. He can be found playing a sport, working out or going on a hike. He especially enjoys playing soccer and has played at many competitive levels throughout his life. His love for soccer has taken him to Ukraine for the European Championship (2012) and Brazil for the FIFA World Cup (2014). Dr. Marc has also recently taken up tennis again and is now an active member at the Davisville Tennis Club in Midtown Toronto.
