What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy (aka Physical Therapy) is a rehabilitation healthcare profession that focuses on improving your quality of life by promoting whole body physical function, mobility, and strength.

At Motion Fit Rehab and Wellness, our physiotherapists thoroughly analyze your health history and conduct physical examination to detect the barriers to your recovery and factors that are preventing healthy body function.

Physiotherapy sessions are offered in-clinic and through Virtual Care.
